Custom Image is a community-based trade school in South Los Angeles. We teach the science, technology, engineering, and math hidden inside real manufacturing trades — and turn learners into makers, and makers into careers.
South LA has no shortage of talent or demand — what’s been missing are clear on-ramps from life skills to a real, credentialed trade. Custom Image is that on-ramp: a school that connects neighborhood learners to applied-STEM manufacturing crafts, recognized credentials, and the shops that hire.
We teach six trades — screen printing, embroidery, signs & banners, awards, sandblasting, and sublimation — to a production standard, with online theory, supervised lab, and real work-based learning. See the programs.
Custom Image is Accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Schools, Western Association of Schools and Colleges (ACS WASC) as a Supplementary Education Center/Program (adult). Initial Accreditation Status through June 30, 2029.
