Open in browser →macOS: open the .dmg and drag Custom Image to Applications, then double-click it. If macOS says it "cannot check it for malicious software," open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll to Security, and click Open Anyway next to Custom Image — this is normal for a direct download and only needs to be done once. Windows: run the .msi installer; if a SmartScreen prompt appears, click More info → Run anyway. Requirements: a camera and microphone for live classes; macOS 11+ or Windows 10/11.
