Custom Image is a 501(c)(3) applied-STEM trade school in South Los Angeles. We train youth, young adults, career-changers, and reentry populations in the imprint and advanced-manufacturing trades — pairing self-paced online theory with supervised, hands-on production on real equipment. Every student designs on an actual product, works real shop hours, and graduates with stacked, portable credentials and a clear path to work.

Training Programs & Core Capabilities

Screen Printing
Production screen printing on apparel and goods — color separation, registration, and press operation.
Embroidery
Digitizing and machine embroidery across garments, caps, and hard goods.
Sublimation
Dye-sublimation printing for apparel, drinkware, and coated hard goods.
Signs & Banners
Large-format graphics and wide-format print/cut for signage and displays.
Awards
Awards design & production — engraving and custom recognition pieces.
Sandblasting
Etched glass, stone, and signage; surface finishing and blasting.
Generative AI Design & Color Systems
Browser-based design studio; every color read in HEX, Pantone, and CMYK; export a portfolio + design system.
Safety & Work-Based Learning
OSHA-10, supervised production hours at partner shops, and stacked industry credentials.
